On November 9, at a press conference organized by RTI activists, advocate Y P Singh spoke in detail about Maharashtra's State Information Commissioner Ramanand Tiwari's key role in the Adarsh scam. He also described the roles played by Municipal Commissioner Swadheen Kshatriya, Union Power Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde and others.

On the strength of the documents released at the press conference, Y P Singh & RTI activist Santosh Daundkar filed a formal police complaint with the Anti Corruption Bureau. Abridged version of police complaint: http://tinyurl.com/TiwariFIR

 

This complaint will result in an FIR being registered before Saturday, it is hoped.
