[rti4empowerment] Re: An important issue

Friends

Any matter posted on the internet can be copied and used by any person. There is no copy right issue about messages posted in yahoo group rti4empowerment. If any other group wants to copy and use it one cannot initiate a legal suit against him.

On the other hand our objective is to promote use of RTI and should also follow total transparency. If our messages are found useful by others we should encourage their dissemination.

One need not be a moderator to copy material from this group- any body can do it.
