HUMJANENGE Foundation (Regd.) invites applications from a very limited number of RTI stakeholders to access and assess confidential files and circulars proactively disclosed under Right to Information process in India.
Background: The Central Information Commission has recently directed all Central public authorities to digitize and upload their records within the next 90 days over computer networks throughout the country. In the first phase such records shall be classified as "internal to the organisation" and not be disclosed to public. During this phase the "list of disclosable information" shall be prepared on a authority wide basis and members of registered VOs like HumJanange Foundation shall have priority limited access to this information compared to the normal citizens to monitor the information classification process for which stipendary volunteers are required..Only a limited number of login IDs per VO are available, so register now. Strictly on first-come-first-served basis, and subject to verification and scrutiny of experience, bonafides etc.
