Minutes/ Details of Meeting   dtd 6.10.10  clearly mentions that the persons from other walks of  life be  appointed.Also  ADVERTISEMENT (  as per Act )  be given inviting applications for post of  CIC/ ICS .  Also  possibility of   women & SC  representation  noted.

It is believed that Opposition Leader  Shri  Eknath Khadse had informed Citizens of Maharashtra  that there is no reference of Advertisement & only 32 Applications were received.
 Minutes of Meeting  which is attended by  Shri Khadse clearly mentions that  advertisement be  given  &  total SEVENTY TWO  ( & not 37) applications were received. ( 28 Bureaucrats &   more  
than 29   others  ) .
