Dear Ms Babita Singh
My apology for the inconvenience caused to you by offensive message from one of the members of rti4empowerment. That email address has been removed from the group list.
Let us focus on the objectives of the group instead of debates on issues unrelated to RTI. Decency and mutual respect is a matter of self restraint. No one should misuse internet for posting in abusive language that can cause inconvenience to others.
You belong to Lucknow well known for mutual respect and "pehle aap." I am also in Lucknow on a short-term consultancy on financial review of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan. With the jostle for limited space on the roads one cannot help feeling that traditional values of personal courtesy are vanishing-replaced by uncouth struggle of stepping over others regardless of their feelings. If other internet groups prefer to be aggressive in copying messages from this group- there is hardly anything that can be done to prevent it.
With this slight diversion from RTI may I request the Members to ensure that messages posted by them do not cause inconvenience to others?
