Dear Sir / Madam, I am a Share holder of TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES, INFOSYS, WIPRO,HINDUSTAN UNI LEVER .My Client ID is 1202980000093429.The Board of Directors names are mentioned in their Annual report and also Website where I found that there is no representation of Shareholders / Investors Community in that board of directors list. Also there is no Representation of the following employee levels. i.e.Executive / Middle Management Community. But there is a Representative for Senior Management Community.I couldnt understand the reason behind this issue. For instance In Indian Overseas Bank Board structure - There is one representative elected from workman community of the IOB and one representative elected from officers community of the IOB.Also they have elected one or two members from Shareholders / Investors Community regularly. I have filed an RTI query(see attachment below) with the corporate affairs ministry.
