I have a problem !
It has been reported that some members of yahoo group rti4empowerment have got the message placed below, WHICH HAS NOT BEEN SENT BY ME.
Whereas, I keep requesting persons not interested in continuing as Members to unsubscribe, from time to time, I have not initiated this one.
It appears that a parallel google group RTI4EMPOWERMENT has been created by some one who wants to increase his/her membership by fair or foul means.
