Namaskar,

Tankers and MCV parking on foot path obstructing pedestrians, S V Road, opposite Shoppers Stop.

Check this video taken on 2011 JUL 21, a little after noon

Photo 201107211255 shows the driver finally relenting after giving some thought to my resolve, and then he decides to move inside the compound and then climbs onto the tank to fill.

Does he look the correct age with experience to drive.

Does he even look as if he has a license.

Other photos show  MCV, water tankers, obstructing the foot paths outside the same buildings.

Thanqx.

Namaskar,

Your attention is drawn to the unhindered illegal parking of HCV,  water tankers, cement concrete mixers, contract buses, tc., on main roads, inner roads, etc ., even in no entry to heavy vehicles, no parking zones, and in the night.

This is totally unacceptable.

Kindly take effective action so that the residents and all citizens are not adversely affected, and are relieved from such heavy vehicles noise pollution, air pollution, and possibly save their lives and limbs which are always in danger.

Pictures show cement mixers on S V Road, Vile Parle West,  and Hanuman Road, Vile Parle East,  blocking the traffic, double parked, parked at an angle jutting onto the road, etc.

Pictures also show contract buses, water tankers, MCV parked in no parking zone, no heavy vehicles zone, and at night in Lallubhai Park area.

Such obvious traffic offenses can easily be observed by any one, if the MTP tow chain and motor cycle patrols go around every half an hour and deter these indisciplined drivers, such violations can be checked and prevented, if the MTP is willing.

However, if this is the norm, then, of course, residents and Citizens will have to keep informing and showing the blatant violations which are increasing day by day.

Surely, some semblance of discipline and enforcement can be done.

Thanqx.
