[rti4empowerment] minister home affair cheating by not publishing latest (01-01-2011) IPR of IPS in website

 

Minister of home affair letter date 5th may 2011 has sent letter to all chief secretaries of states to submitt annual returns statement AS ON 01-01-2011 on or before 15/5/2011. if fail to submit denied vigilance clearance and will not considered for promotion and empanelment for senior level post in GOI. copy of letter link ( http://mha.nic.in/pdfs/APR-090511.pdf).  Total IPS officer in  tamilcadre is 203. IN MHA website immovable property returns (IPR)uploaded most are as on 01/01/2010. there are some of case  IPR as on 01/01/2008 , some are as on 01/01/2006.   MHA not uploaded latest IPR of IPS why?. whether MHA with known only uploaded? why MHA cheating public? when will MHA upload the latest IPR as o1/01/2011? whether P.Chamibaram know about it?   immmovable property returns available in the ministry of home affairs. http://mha.nic.in/IPR/IPS_Query.Asp   V.Gopalakrishnan
