Re: [rti4empowerment] Digest Number 1197

Refer to I M PROUD OF BIHAR AND ITS CM..........

The SIC in Bihar is effective only becoz the CM has right intentions.  On the other hand, take the case of of UP. Haryana and Rajasthan where so many deliberate hurdles have been created by the Public Authorities for processing the first appeal and SIC's in the hearing of second appeal.

Till the politico are not honest or citizens dare to challenge the wrong practice with Courts, the situation will remain the same.

The C-Company's love for the corrupt & corruption over-weighs every thing else . Is well known that the poorest of the poor suffer max from corruption . Their food , medicines , schools , roads , electricity , water have all been digested by the powerful & rich. It is all stuffed in their Swiss Bank accounts .

The C-Company Trimurty Madam G , Mum Mum Singh & Amul Baba will be taught a lesson of their lives they will never ever  forget by the voters .  Remember  the joke on BJP when it was left with just 2 seats " EK PHOOL DO MALI" , C-Company will be gone for a century for its crimes of half a century.... "No Making More  Fools ...Janta Deti Gaali".

RTI complaint hearings through video conferencing
------------------------------

<http://www.legalindia.in/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/RTI1.jpg>The Bihar
State Information Commission (SIC) Thursday launched a video conferencing
system for quicker hearing and disposal of complaints related to the Right
To Information (RTI) Act, officials said.

State Chief Information Commissioner (CIC) A.K. Choudhary said the SIC will
help dispose complaints against principal information officers for denying
information under the RTI Act to people.Complaints from all over the state
will be heard in Patna through video conferencing, saving three days.

The move comes after the success of SIC's information call centre — the
Jankari. A brainchild of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Jankari enables people
living in the remotest corners of the state to submit applications for
information under RTI on the phone.

Nitish Kumar dedicated the unique service to the people of the
state.Choudhary said the SIC, since its constitution, has received more than
53,000 appeals out of which 49,000 have been disposed off.
