[rti4empowerment] First Appeal - Supreme Court of India

 

Dear Friends,


Information was requested from the CPIO of Supreme Court of India.

I would like to share the Reasons / Grounds of First Appeal filed before the First Appellate Authority of Supreme Court of India.


a. Please provide a certified photocopy of the file notings held on the said letter addressed to the Registrar.

Status:

Requested Rs. 2/- by the CPIO of Supreme Court, which has been forwarded vide letter Dated: 11/07/2011.


b. Please provide certified copy of the evidence of having placed before the Honorable Chief Justice / Any other Honorable Justice of the Supreme Court the following:

(i) Said Letter Petition Dated: 07/12/2010 ;

(ii) The Said Letter Dated: 05/03/2011 addressed to the Registrar.


Status:

No response.


c. Please provide certified photocopy of the response, (in any form e.g. file noting, written instructions, written correspondence etc.) of the Honorable Chief Justice / Any other Honorable Justice of the Supreme Court on the:

(i) Said Letter Petition Dated: 07/12/2010 ;

(ii) The Said Letter Dated: 05/03/2011 addressed to the Registrar.


Status:

No response.


d. With reference to the prayers on Page No.11 of the said petition, please provide certified photocopies of correspondence initiated by the Honorable Chief Justice / Any other Honorable Justice of the Supreme Court, with the concerned relevant Public Authority of the Central Government, for inviting their say on the subject matter of non-compliance of Article 16(1) of the Constitution of India while making appointments of Central Information Commissioners under Section 12 of the RTI Act, 2005.
