[rti4empowerment] Two year Old Nisha need financial assistance for surgery [2 Attachments]

Representation for providing financial help to 2 year old Nisha have been registered at National Commission for protection of Child New Delhi and allotted Case No PB 28012/23440/2010-11.
Further Commission have taken cognizance of the matter and have directed the Chief Secretary, Govt of Punjab for making arrangement for financial assistance and providing the Child with free medical treatment on urgent basis.

Subject: -      Request for Financial help to Sh.Arun @ Rangeela who had lost                       his 8 years old Son and whose daughter Nisha (2 year) requires                      immediate surgery.

Respected Sir,

                        With due respect, I draw your kind attention to the painful incidence that occurred on the 31^st March 2011 at Cool Road Jalandhar in which some unidentified assailants brutally stabbed to death a seven year old boy (Sonu) and grievously hurt and injured his two years old sister (Nisha). Photocopies of different newspapers dated 01.05.2011 are enclosed for your ready reference.

                        Sir, it has further been learnt through today's newspaper DANIK JAGRAN (copy enclosed) that Sh. Arun @ Ranjeela the father of the deceased is working in a factory as a driver and hardly earned to make both ends meet and he is dire need of financial help to undergo surgical operation to save life of his two year old daughter Nisha. One surgery has already been done upon her by the Kidney Hospital Jalandhar and another surgery from the same hospital is urgently required for her at an expenditure of Rs.40000/- (approx). The facts regarding financial position may be verified, if required.

                        The matter clamours for your immediate attention. Please accord funds and take arrangements for her surgery on humanitarian/compassionate grounds to save life of Nisha who is writhing in pain and fighting for life.

                        Hoping to hear early and positive action in the matter.
