We have made it a habit now ,in our country-a bad habit,if I may say so--to rationalise and justify everything that has gone wrong.If lack of decent opportunity forces engineers into the IAS,rationalise it through "domain specialisation"(a deft definition a friend thoughtfully provided.)..and the subsidised education for Engineers/Doctors and blocking of a genuine Doctor's/ engineer's seat be damned!Not to mention that the country desperately needs Doctors.
If there is black money,introduce a 15% tax on it and "legalise"..as far as I'm concerned,perish the thought!
If there is, possibly,a pool of people (my guess is illegal immigrants) available, lower the BPL.
I abhor the inconvenient convenience of legitimising what is unethical and wrong.
