Dr. Subramaniam Swamy and Shri K.N.Govindacharya visited Aligarh on May,1,2011 and spoke on "CORRUPTION ERADICATION AND YOUTH' . Dr. Swami revealed how the present Home Minister , Chidambaram is also a party to corruption. He cited two examples , Firstly  Chidambaram is responsible for making Participetory Notes issued by a foreign agency, most probably on the basis of  black money , valid in India and thus enabling a corrupt person to make huge profits in share market and then silently take back this money to a foreign country. Secondly it was the sub-committee of Raja and Chidambaram that approved the new rules of 2G spectrum and not the Cabinet meeting.
