The most dangerous global terrorism is state sponsored . Saudi's fund it & Pak train & maintain them for use against India & Afghanistan in this region . Other terror groups in middle east & Africa too are funded by "pious" Arabs , Iran , Syria etc. else they wont exist .
Then we have US , Israel , UK , France etc. too acting as terrorists against people & governments they do not like . Then Iraq , now Libya . The creation of Israel & Russian occupation of Afghanistan , introduced terrorist to these areas that are home to terror now.
Till state terror of all kinds & arbitrariness in international dealings against certain people does not cease , we wont see the end of terror .
