Central Information Commission (Appeal Procedure) Rules, 2005, published in the Official Gazette vide NOTIFICATION - F.No. 1/4/2005-IR, dated:28th Ocotober, 2005 (hereinafter called "the said Gazetted Rules" for the sake of brevity).

Description of the information required:

Please provide with certified photocopies of the following information:

i. Inward & Outward correspondence carried out with Both the Houses of the Parliament of India for the purpose of seeking approval of the said Gazetted Rules, in compliance with section 29(1) of the RTI Act, 2005.

ii. Final approvals received from Both the Houses of the Parliament of India in compliance with section 29(1) of the RTI Act, 2005.
