A rule should be made that the name of the signatory should always be typed below the signature. I have experience that in most of the communications received from the Mucnicipa Corporation of Delhi and Delhi Development Authority, signature have deliverately been made in such a way that u cannot read. This is to avoid the chanced of direct correspondence and responsibility. Even on RTI's reply, signatures are always 'gol mol' and I am almost sure that they will not tally with their signatures at Bank and on crucial documents like property paers, Pan Card, Voters Id, Licence etc. |
