During the course of the inquiry on my second appeal, the pio, revenue officer corporation chennai did not turn up.The commission did not show any surprise over this and as usual passed an order to give the information within 15 days on receipt of the order.Absence of the pio does it attract any action or it is nothing. i was informed most of the inquiries are not attended by the pios.
