[rti4empowerment] Re: 200 Cheating Methods in govt tender purchases, awarding civil contracts etc.

Your salutation is a sexist and gender insensitive one.
You think that activists can only be from male sex ?

But please inform us first, how many RTIs you have filed.
From your posting to RTI forums, you only seem to be
inciting other people to file RTIs on corruption but
run away from doing anything dangerous or life threatening
yourself.
