Respected Sir,
I take the liberty to bring to your kind notice that though Prof. M M Ansari has retired over a month age on 30th Sept. the fresh distribution of work has not been uploaded on the Commission's website. In the absence of this, It is not clear that who is looking after the public authorities which were being looked by him.
2. I understand that the revised work distribution may have been taken so far and it is required to upload the same on the website.
3. However, if no decision has been taken, I earnestly request your honour to take the decision expeditiously for the expeditious disposal of appeals and complaints as already there is a long pendency. Already, three Information Commissioners are short at the Commission and due to this, the pendency is increasing gradually adversely affecting the work at the Commission and the delayed justice is tantamount to denial of the same.
4. I also request to suggest the govt. for filling up the vacant posts of the IC's at the earliest.
