Doctor and hospital admitting him on fictitious grounds must be taken to task and should be seen as one aiding and abetting the "crime" besides obstructing due process of law It is high time that starvation deaths (every moment there are many dying) for want of a morsel of food should be treated as murder (in this case mass murder) and the minister concerned is responsible for this. Similarly those who allowed food to rot refusing to distribute it free should also be punished for causing death by starvation!
