I feel personally extremely sorry that in place of having serious
discourse/debate on issues of public impotrance for furthering our
common interests,we're getting bogged down on inter-personal
trivia, and that ,too, in not so great taste.
May,I humbly submit to all my dear friends-fora notwithstanding--to
kindly concentrate on issues of our common interest? NATIONAL INTEREST
to be precise.
All along my four decades of self-less public service,I've striven for
organisational excellence, which is also reflected in my doctoral
thesis on KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT.
As regards improvement in poliving, yes, the importance has always been
known and not have efforts been made tirelessly to address the
issue(s) but in two significant and well acclaimed published research
papers(CPNTEMPORARY POLICING:LEADERSHIP CHALLENGES and POLICE VISION
2020) the maladies amd remedies have been highlighted.
This is not the forum to dilate on that,I believe.Whoever peronally
wishes to interact could do so gladly please. Its my passion to work
for bringing about ORGANISATIONAL EXCELLENCE in policing(infact whole
of CJS).
Whoever has brilliant ideas could please contribute to our conjoint
efforts. Its after all not mine or thine issue but our combined issue
and we need to address and sort the same out conjointly only.
My last point of wishlist:
Lets remember that DECENCY IS BETTER PART OF CANDOUR,AS MUCH AS
DISCRETION IS BETTER PART OF VALOUR(a la Shaskepeare).
