A Brief Re-Visit to Part I & Part II A Comprehensive Study was done in 2005 By MTR Corporation, Hong Kong At the cost of 1.5 Crore For increasing the capacity by 1.5 to 2.25 times of the entire Mumbai Suburban Railway (Western, Central & Harbor) As per the Report, the Mumbai Suburban Railway can become equivalent to World Class Metro at just 1/5th of the cost of new Metro Rapid Rail Transit System The Report has been hailed by All the concerned Govt. Departments - Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation (MRVC) , Planning Commission, Various Railway Departments (Mumbai) & Railway Board (Delhi) The Report was submitted by MTR Corp. Hong Kong WAY BACK in March, 2005 to Mumbai Railway Vikas Corp., and so what is its status more than six years later in 2011? WHILE LAKHS (70 LAKHS) of MUMBAIKARS DAILY CONTINUE TO SAFAR (TRAVEL) IN IN-HUMAN CONDITIONS & SUFFER.
