In reference to your school buses operating in Lallubhai Park area, and elsewhere in Ward K West.
The bus drivers are rash, and reckless, drive in the middle of the road and not in the extreme left side which a school bus has to,they stop anywhere and block the traffic, and blow their horns indiscriminately even in the silence zone which this area is.
Besides, the horns are the illegal shrill horns, described as pressure, air, musical, and multi tone horns.
Kindly ensure the buses are all operated within all traffic rules in force, and to the safety of the pedestrians, other users, and the children inside.
Windows are big enough for small children to fall out.
The children are also found jumping and running in the aisles while the bus is moving, creating danger for themselves.
