Subject :-     Application under the Right to Information Act (RTI)
D/Sir,

                        It is submitted that today i.e. on 16^th August 2011, Police have Arrested/Detained Sh.Anna Hazare and his supporters.

It is requested to supply the following information under Right to Information Act (RTI) 2005. It is requested that information be supplied DAY-WISE from 16.08.2011 till date of supply of information in respect of whole Delhi :-

1.            Number of persons/citizen Arrested and charged levied on them.
2.            Number of persons detained and charges levied on them.
3.            Locations/places where these arrested/detained persons/.citizen were kept.
4.            Whether any notice have been received from Human Rights Commission. If so, supply the attested copy of all such notices and reply given by the Police
5.            Detail of all the places which were under Section/Dara 144 on 115.08.2011, 16.08.2011, 17.08.2011. Please arrange to supply the Attested copy of relevant notifications vide which Section 144 have been imposed.
6.            Dates when above imposed Section/Dara 144 was lifted. Also supply the copies of relevant notifications
7.            Intimate the date, time and place/location of arrest/detention of Sh.Anna Haraze and reasons thereto.
8.            Supply the following details of each person/citizen who have been arrested/detained:-

11.         Supply the copy of letter vide which the above Vehicles were procured from other Govt/Agencies.
12.         RTI Fees IPO No…………………………………………………for Rs………. is being enclosed towards cost of information/documents.
13.              If you feel that above requested information of part thereof does not pertain to your office then please follow the provisions of Section 6(3) of the RTI Act, 2005.
