[rti4empowerment] PM & CJ of India's Offices Bugged?

Dear Friends,

I appreciate that Mr. Manmohan Singh or Mr. Kapadia as individuals cannot be above the law, But, while they are in office as PM & CJ:

Can a Prime Minister and Chief Justice of India's offices be bugged?

Can someone eavesdrop into PM, CJ's office, where strategic decisions concerning the nation are being taken?

Yes, corruption is a major issue which needs to be addressed, but do we trust someone, whom we do not even know at this point in time as to who they are going to be, and will be conferred with the power to eaves drop into our nation's PM & CJ's Office?

Do people, insisting on a particular legislation format, know the implications of bugging PM & CJ's office, now or at any time during the future of our nation?

Please go through the powers of the Proposed Jan Lokpal / Lokpal:
