| A. | Byelaw No.14(c): |
| | Now utilization of sinking fund can be availed with approval of general body. There is no restriction to seek permission to seek of registering authority to utilize the said fund. |

| B. | Byelaw No.18(c): |
| | Share Amount is increased to Rs. 500 (10 shares of Rs.50/- each) to individual members and Rs.1,000/- (20 shares of Rs.50/- each) to corporate bodies. |

| C. | Byelaw No.114: |
| | Besides opening Bank Account in State Co-op Bank and District Co-op Bank, all scheduled Co-op Banks are added for opening account and investment of funds by Co-operative Housing Society's' Also Co-operative Housing Society's can open account in Nationalised Bank with prior permission of registering authority. Co-operative Housing Societies having share capital of more than Rs.10,000/- are required to hold election by secret ballot. |

| D. | Byelaw No.71(a): |
| | On death of the defaulter member of the society, the overdues can be recovered from the legal heirs of deceased member or from the occupant of the flat. |

| E. | Byelaw No.129: |
| | Filling Co-option against vacant plot in Managing Committee is restricted to 2 only that too with prior permission of the registering authority. |

| F. | Byelaw No.161(b): |
| | Every Co-operative Housing Societies will have to prepare a plan to face situation in emergencies and get the same approved in General Body and place it on the notice board of the society. |

| G. | Byelaw No.161(c): |
| | The Managing Committee of each Co-operative Housing Society shall see that no child Labour is employed in the society by any member. As per Child Protection Act 1986. Any person who employs child labour in Co-operative Housing Society, is liable to pay fines upto Rs.20,000/- and/or simple Imprisonment upto one year. Managing Committee has to publish this provision on its notice board. |

| H. | Byelaw No.161(d): |
