[rti4empowerment] after scrapping government discretionary quota, allottement was made GDQ without G.O in Shollinagallur,chennai [2 Attachments]

In enclosed my RTI application in sl.no.2 i requested list allottee
allotted under government discretionary quota (GDQ) in sholinganallur phase(all phase). I enclosed PIO reply see page no. 3, sl.no.61 to 82 see in column G.O.NO. AND DATE there was no g.o. no and date mentioned as 20/1/2011. On 7th january 2011 GDQ quote was scrapped was informed by Barnala with immediate effect. after that allotment was made under GDQ without Government
order. name of the allottee same family. Please read very careful
from the PIO's reply from page 1 to 3.
