Transparency in administration
1. The Chennai corporation administration will be Transparency.
2. All approved plan(flats) will be upload in website zone wise.
3. all records in the corporation office will make public documents
4. .assets movable and immovable of IAS, IPS working in the Chennai
corporation, ALL Chennai corporation officers, employee, division
counselor, will be in public domain will be update every year once
(Form will be like MLA/MP deceleration).
5. Corporation will issue the certificate at your door step(by Regd
speed post/ by spl messenger with proper acknowledgement).
6. Laptop and Desktop Computer will be provided to each Engineers,
Doctors, division office, PHC with wi Fi internet.
7. Instruments, phone connection (landline or mobile) given by
corporation will be monitor.
8. All calls (incoming and outgoing ) for both landline and mobile
will be recorded.
Eradiate of Corruption
9. I will work for eradiate of corruption.
10. NO target will be fixed for the Flag Day donation.
11. For road cutting there will be no compulsory Flag Day donation
will be collected.
12. Every year one week will be Aware week about corruption and transparency.
13. Right to services will be implanted.
14. For Every division Public information officer and Appellate
authority will be appointed for health, revenue, education, etc.,
15. I will take serious action or remove from the service for
collecting bribe, separate committee will be formed.
16. Zero tolerance for Transparency, corruption and bribe.
17. Criminal action will taken against Employee/ rtd employee of the
Chennai Corporation receiving the Old age pension, widow pension,
Physically handicapped pension, destitute women pension.
18. Regularly the employee will be shifted to various division/ zone
to avoid collecting mamul for residents/ hostel/etc.,
Encroachment.
19. There special force (security purpose) will be setup for removing
encroachment.
20. Encroachment will be removed by help of special force, other
division or zone employee.
21. Encroachment will be removed at night with prior notice without
disturbing the common public.
Health
22. The Silt removed from the Storm Water drain will be removed then
and there itself.
23. Mass campaigns will arranged for Mosquito menance
24. Strictly penal and criminal action will taken against the person
flowing sewage water or hotels waste water into the Storm water Drain.
25. Garbage will removed regular.
26. Primary Health centre will be improved with latest standards equipments.
27. To Doctor, Nurse and Staff of PHC will give training.
Education
28. compulsory free education ( no fee) till twelve standard,
29. all Books and notebooks will be issued at total cost of Rs.10/-
(ten)in Chennai corporation school.
30. I will take step to operate or run free bus service between local
area to Corporation school both morning and evening.
31. Necessary action will taken against teacher who sending the school
student to shop during hours, lunch, intervals.
32. Compulsorily the newly joining teachers of son/daughter should
study in any corporation school till twelve std.
33. I will take step to give quality education and teach social
science / moral science
34. we introduce special curriculum (like child rights, basic
rights, consumer rights, right to information, women rights, public
rights, police bill, prevention of corruption, basic rights, pollution
and environment, conduct rule of government, conduct rule of all india
service, etc) during school itself.
35. We will take step to start Engineering college for each zone.
Pollution and Environment
36. No more tyre will be used for melting butane for rectifying cable fault.
37. No more brick, rubies, debris will be used for filling the pit hole.
38. Within Chennai corporation there will only Free Urinal( no pay use).
39. Plant will be planted within Chennai corporation limit.
40. Trimming will be done before the monsoon start.
41. For A fallen tree due to monsoon near 20 trees will be planted
within Chennai Corporation limit
42. No permission will be given to Axe plant within Chennai
corporation limit by the corporation.
43. Most of street light lamp running under electricity will be
converted to solar electricity.
44. Most of street light lamp will be converted to CFL.
Work details
45. Road relaying work with update daily, and also details of name of
contractor, address, name of incharge, office address, contact number
and is mobile, details of road thickness, temperature , taper,
vibrator/road roller capacity
46. Depending upon the quantity of silt removed from the Storm Water
drain payment will made.
47. Only for previous experience contractor tender will be awarded. (
not only on base of solvency certificate).
Play Ground
48. Alteast one playground for each Division will created.
49. Maximum no. of Children playground each division will be created
50. Mediation hall for each every division will be created.
51. For floodlight matches in corporation playground ( not in school
play ground)will provide free Electricity for registered cricket
teams, shuttle, badminton, kabadi in corporation of Chennai only on
Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday night .
