[rti4empowerment] United Nation's Convention Agaist corruption (UNCAC) treat not ratified by the indian govenment

sir/madam,

The black money would automatically & spontaneously have been returned to India, if the government had ratified UNCAC (united nation's convention against corruption). what the government is required to have done is just ratifying the UN treaty against corruption. Till indian government has not done & is not doing it, but giving lame excuses & takes shelter under the foreign rules and obligations.

What is UNCAC treaty? it is treaty formulated byUN. as per the treaty, the money of country automatically. for that purpose the government has to just ratify the treaty. This is what the Government is not doing willfully, proabably to potect the criminals.

the information provided by the Government of india under RTI Act, is proof of the all the above. copy is enclosed.
