The real question is the whole concept of private townships. It would appear that there is  funnelling of ill-gotten wealth into real estate and establishment of "benami(if you will) townships. These cannot be allowed.Forget any other considerations.Our Constitution proclaims us socialist but everything in India has been anything but that.We do not have decent and affordable housing for anyone but the well-off.Forget the reverse discrimination(if you will)of rich ghettoisation,this  is totally unacceptable.
