[rti4empowerment] Admitting Failures.

Friends,

A new website http://www.admittingfailure.com/ has been launched on 14 1.2011. It is a fascinating initiative, as there can no be real progress, unless failure / mistakes/short-comings are clearly articulated, in search for improvements

"Admitting Failure was conceived and created by Engineers Without Borders Canada. It is intended to be a collaboration between like-minded NGOs, governments, donors and those in the private sector. We want it to quickly grow beyond any one organisation, but in the meantime we're excited to invest the time and resources necessary to help it evolve. It is very much a work-in-progress. We welcome honest feedback and ideas. And we welcome collaborators and help from anyone. Please don't hesitate to contact us. Mailing address:
366 Adelaide Street W, Suite 601, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M5V 1R9."

Few interesting examples are already posted in this web site. It requires intellectual honesty and sincere desire to improve, to admit failures.
