I have made an application under RTI for Chief Secretary , Govt of Maharashtra.
Shameless people are sitting in cage like cowards and not allowing my man to enter the mantralaya.There is a heavy security.They want him to show some PAN card or driving licenec. He is just 17 years and peon who has come from village. Hedoes not need and have any of this.
There is a big queue for entering mantralaya. Silently everyone sufferes as Indians have been slave for more then 1000 years they have no voice. Media by showing their press card get VIP treatment so does not care to write about these sufferings of commonman.
Who will awnser these queries: Ofcourse not bureacarts who make hundred crores every year.
Ofcousrs not seniors in Police as they want important postings in pre and post retirement and what can u expect from ministers who r incompetent, illleterate, dance to the tune of bureacrats who get their favourites files cleared and then rule/rob the country.
- Why they r insisting on a particular document when they are doing through physical checking of visitors and their bags. Does it mean they are imposing passport and visa system to allow a citizen of India to enter their domain?
- Why are they not having despatch( for receiving and sending mails ) counter on gate itself ? Why one is require to enter the Mantralaya? When GPO can manage milions of letters and reaches any where in world in time then why they cant have similar counter just for mantralaya? Because GPO was createdby brilliant dynamic Britishers where as we have not got any such dynamic officer in 60 yrs of slavery of bureacrats who can bring good mechanism which can improve quality of life of common man and not trated like dogs like my man today was howled away.
- There is all the possibility of accpting e-RTI and other applicatins thru net. When they have introduced efiling of returns then what stops them from accpting emails/ e-applaications?? They can also accept application money thru netbanking etc.. But will they??? Another Rajiv Gandhi has to take birth. As these people r so mean and backward they can not take steps to improve our life and loose their arrogance and dominance. E filing is allowed and introduced for IT etc is so they can fast and quick and clear the picture of assess and squeeze his arm for more money. But same advance syatem they have not introduced and do not want to introducefor RTI and judiciary which they are trying to weaken further.
- Can ask more on Mantralaya chaos but .....what use .... last janams bad karma has given me to live as slave in Indian bureacrats.And taxes which we pay for our prtection ( police and judiciary) protects these mean people in high seats.
