Unique identity- another scam in the making! And not surprising either. The govt has not even been able to issue the VIC to all the voting population. When it was introduced Lalu Prasad Yadav had openly refused to implement it and the authorities could only lump it! Talking of VIC, have the authorities been able to even have the electoral rolls in order till date?
