Dear friends, PA has not provided answer of my appeal against non reply of RTI,should i go for 2nd appeal to CIC,i m also afraid that being a employee,they may harm me in any way and also i think in this way that CIC decison to provide true information may give justice to a particular cadre of employees who is suffering alot due to monopoly and their low strength in this PA having more than 40000 Employee.what to do,plz advice.
