A member of Civil Society when acquires a medical degree is called a Doctor.
A member of Civil Society when acquires law degree is called a lawyer.
A member of Civil Society when acquires an Engineering degree is called an Engineer.
So on and so forth .......
Likewise a member of Civil Society when holds a position of power in the government is called a Politician.
It is like, when an unmarried member of Civil Society gets married is called a married member.
