SC has totally rejected the evidence & arguments of the prosecution in granting bail to Binayak Sen . It is not new that an Indian state has killed its own citizens , manufactured evidence & arranged show trials. Our justice system is at best pliable & at its worst a reprehensible nightmare that has nothing to do with the due process of law.
The civil society & activists have been saying all along that the object of going after Binayak Sen & many other activists is to drill the fear of god in them & get the message across to them that the state can put them thru innumerable hazards if they question the state's salwa-judam atrocities & any other illegal activity.
