         SUB: Two candidate contest in virugambakkam assembly has shown less value- two candidates nomination papers to be disqualify- regarding.
        Ref.1.  Dhanasekar D.M.K. Candidate affidavit
               2. vijayakumari  candidate affidavit.

         While viewing affidavit of the above two candidates contest in Tamilnadu, chennai district, virugambakkam i came know that two candidates shown present property value less than present guide value.

                                  Candidate : Dhanasekar
In assets deceleration assets in his wife Mrs Vijayakumari, enclosure no.43, shown purchase price  of land Rs. 8500/-  date of purchase 09 july 1998 land extent is 0.20.0 hectarces in survey no. 177/4, Illanyankudi. He was informed  present value is Rupeess one thousand five hundred only  less purchase value and also less present guide value or less guideline value for past nine years.

The present guideline value of Governtment is Rs. 30,000/- per acre for piece of land 0.20.0 Hectarces (0.494 acres) the value of land as per the government guideline  value Rs.14820/- for survey no. 177, if land in  south Ilanyankudi.

The present guideline value of Governtment is Rs. 20,000/- per acre for piece of land 0.18.5 Hectarces (0.457 acres) the value of land as per the government guideline  value Rs.9140/- for survey no. 183, if land in  north Ilanyankudi.

       Even if the government acquires above land for public purpose or any other purpose, government will give fix value of  current guideline value of its survey number.

     If Election commission accept  above two candidate nomination paper. here after those who contesting election while file land value less than guideline value. for example if XX purchase land at cost of Rs. two crores in the year 2000, he will inform present (year 2011) value Rs.1,50,000/ as per the  present guide line value of land is rs.three crores.  

    so kindly verify again the nomination paper and supporting documents and compare with present guideline value. and take necessary action. kindly take necessary action against the officer who accepted the above two candidates paper.
