as per previous approval from the government, letter dated 8/9/2009 stating that HIG I Type 96nos, HIG II type 128 nos, MIG 256 nos, LIG 480 nos approved CE/TNHB TP. no.8/09 it is previous approved for common public. But now it was converted for only for All india service, group I, and government servant. The land belongs to TNHB, village name nerkundram, from the survey no388 to survey no 402.

as per announcement made by the minister subhu thangavelu in announcement no. 26 in year 2009-2010 flat/house should be construct in Govt land ( not in housing board land).
