[rti4empowerment] Mayawati-UP- violates election code, Election commission violates human Rights!!!

There is no government or governance worth the name in the country, particularly said to be democratic!

No one, not even central government even attempt to stop the construction of large number of Mayawati's statues and Elephants at the cost of  public money! No sincere attempt is made to stop killing of elephants in the jungle for it's tusks! As they dont have the interest to do so Mayawati appears to have been given the nod to make as many elephants as possible so that when all elephants are extinct there would be equal number, if not more, of concrete elephants!

Is no one in the contry ashamed of when a lady goes on constructing her own statues and symbols at the cost of public exchequer! Why we should have a central government, appearing to govern nothing, but pass the buck between centre and state-tu tu- my my !

All these when millions are starving to death, for want of protection from extreme weather etc!

Ok, Mayawati committed blunder which invariabley exposes her lack of concern for the poor and downtrodden besides understanding of poverty and why poverty is increasing! Each of the elephants she has constructed could have provided lively hood or a means of survival to many had it been spent on meaningful purposes There is no question of her having violated not only election codes but the basic human consideration for a person said to be a chief minister! This in a way shows how suppressed and subdued are the people not only her subjects but also those at the centre who have the over all rein of the contry!!  While writing this I just heared the PM saying that 42% of children are malnutritioned, as if found out for the first time!! That is one side of the story!

The weather is extreme and hundreds are dying of severe cold in north India, including in UP, probabily also in the vicinity of these statues and elephants of concrete! And these deaths are catalysed by lack of food shelter and cloathing and accelerated by the extreme winter!! And when this is happening on one side all over UP (other places too) the Election commission is merily enforcing its rules spending millions to cover the lifeless statues and elephants! They found more priority in covering up the inert objects rather than providing the same wrapping materials to those dying/suffering or in dire needs of such wrapers more than anything else no matter what the exigencies are!!! Is this, at this juncture, not a glaring human rights violation by the fence (EC) who is supposed to protect the crops!!
These wrapers if distributed among those affected, millions in number, the people would definitely  condoned and upheld the EC in high esteem! AAH that is not to be!! There is a saying, "mother is breathing her last on the death bed while the daughter is engrossed i playing violin un concerned!!!

Todays TOI has announced that Milk, the first thing a common man consume in the morning, is adulterated to the extend of 65% all over the country though in reality it is much more! This is despite the fact that we are tom toming that India is the largest producer of milk!  With malnutrition being so high among children even common man, not necessarily a doctor, prescribes that children be given milk to improve their health! If at all it is possible how to find out the required milk! Medicines are prescribed but for the shape and size it contains nothing if not poison!

After all why complain about adulteration! Our government, governance and administration is all adulterated- the recent events have proved!! UPA, the central government with so many allies moving in different directions is fully adulterated and consequently this reason is used for inefficient conducting of government!! Is it not, at the rate of present bickerings,
it is further getting contaminated!!!
