[rti4empowerment] Is Entry in an OUTWARD (correction not inward) Register a sufficient Postal Proof of Delivery of a PIO's response?

Sorry: Correction Below - Outward and not Inward.

Subject: Which Court of Law accepts an entry in an OUTWARD register of a Public Authority as a Postal Proof of Delivery of having responded to an RTI applicant?

I would appreciate if a learned person may provide me with a copy of such a Judgment of a Court of Law in India.
