[rti4empowerment] as w/o the intervention of Hon. courts this too will never improve.......

 


Hon. Chief Justice, Supreme court of India ,

U cant take arms in hand even if all the injustice is done to u. And u r killed if u take law in hand. 

But a person who is dead deserved some dignity. I feel only your honour can order suitable guideline as Home minister and Chief of army will never do that .

Why the poor take up arms.

At times - disgusted with justice system, I also feel like taking up arms, though I am 64 years of age now. SO imagine youngsters subject to atrocities in remote villages of India.

To carry even a dead like this is cheap bravery and that too a women??? Will this military ever give dignity to women??Dont hv funds for stratcher fund has gone in scam. Will atlest a Hon Court ( who hv atleast been giving good orders in PIL's and human rights issues) give directions to how to handle dead bodies even if of criminals like wrapping in clost ( and not showing parts like in photo) and how to carry and how to to last rites.
