Part II - To Examine The Biting Teeth that is the Penal provisions of the proposed STRONG JanLokpal / Lokpal ?

Penalties have been prescribed in the following Chapters & Sections of the proposed Janlokpal Bill:

• CHAPTER XII - Penalties and Punishments against corrupt Public Servants (page no.24)

Penalties prescribed under Section 22(1), (2), (3) & (4)

And Punishments prescribed under section 23 (1), (2), (3), (4) & (5)

•  CHAPTER XVIII - Punishments for false complaints  (page no. 31) (Against Citizen Complainants):

Penalties / Punishments prescribed under Section 30 (1), (2) & (3)

(Kindly download Janlokpal Bill from internet and understand the implications of section 30(1), (2) & (3) )
