| Sehyog (NGO) Dear Friends, Hello. We all are aware that now a days Tractors/trolly are creating mence in the city. One can see news in the leading newspapers relating to rash and illegal driving of Tractor/trolly in the premises of city resulting in road accident causing injuries and death of the citizens. These Tractor/trolly are mostly registered for Agricultural purposes but are used for commercial purposes, thus, drizen illegally by putting loss of revenue to the department. These are also causing threat to life of the citzen as most of these are driven by underaged or un-trained drivers. We have decided to make complaint/representation on this subject to the appropriate authorities and if needed PIL will be also filed (if someone advocate is there as voluteer in helping us) for which we need support and help from friends. It is requested to capture/take picture of tractor/trolly running in the city and send to us. While taking the picture try to take picture of driver too and also take picture of tractor/trolly from behind (as most of them dont have registeration number plate and reflectors). Since most of us have mobile with in built camera so it is not a big task although little effort and time is required to be spent for the same.
