Just yesterday, 2011 DEC 08, at 17h30, K West took some sort of encroachment action on illegal hawkers, encroachments, obstructions, and at 18h300, these jokers, especially the illegal food stalls, were back in action, electricity taken from a foot wear stall where all the important materials are stored when the friendly MCGM license van comes over

The rule of law is only in the books.

How many years, MCGM, how many years, Mr. CM, before Mumbai Citizens get their foot paths and public spaces back from illegal encroachemnts.

Is this not same as illegally occupied parts of Jammu and Kashmir, only difference, this illegal occupation is by anti national elements within India and supported by the vested interests in the civic administration.

Isn't it time to call the Indian Army to get rid of these supposed law enforcers who are actually supporters of law breakers.

Dear Sir/Madam,

It is very shameful that despite repeating three times about the BMC corruption and hawkers hawking at NO-HAWKING zones which has led to the life of a resident and pedestrians miserable and horrible. Instead taking drastic measures BMC Ward officer and Ward Corporator - Goregaon West, is just warming the bench watching the old played continious tamasha.

What a Joke of this Nation ! This happens only in India ! Humara Bharat Mahan ! Kabhi nahin Sudhrega. Please read the article of Corrupt BMC - "AAJ KE DEEMAK". If you feel ashamed off this kind of duty being delivered by BMC, then please suggest these poor guy's and request them to take action against the Hawkers and make life pleasant of residents and pedestrians by making the foothpath available for pedestrians.
