For decades fraud builders and corrupt BMC officials were fooling innocent flat buyers. Whole hearted thanks and respect to Mumbai High court who has given this landmark judgement to save innocent buyers from getting cheated anymore. Politicians had no courage to do so as most of them are builders and hoteliers themselves.

Provide website to show new building plans: HC tells state
MUMBAI: You will soon be able to check details of all new building plans and layouts on a government website. The Bombay high court has asked the state to create the website and to ensure that no construction begins before the building plans are uploaded on this website.
The division bench of justice BP Dharmadhikari and justice Ravindra Ghuge said, "The state government will also ensure that no developer advertises the scheme or starts bookings without such a plan being first uploaded," the bench said.
The court also directed that the name of an individual with a stake in the project and who can be held personally responsible for any lapse on the part of the developer be mentioned in the plan submitted.
