Millions have suffered in courts for decades at the hands of influential builders, mafia, politicians, tenants,dowry seekers, etc etc where PP , courts join hands with them in delaying the matter and even at times siding with them. Insurance cos in Motor accident case tribunals, poor quality and service providers in consumer courts , cheque bouncers in cases of section 138 are all GA! GA! in these delaying and harassing courts and judicial system. Rather  AAM admi accepts defeat by not going to court as he knows he will be further looted by his own advocate, advocates staff, court staff and so on and plus will waste his life there. 90% of sins and crimes are flourishing as our judicial system does not act at all rather sides with them by delaying, giving dates after date and not taking cases in first in first out basis. In small causes courts influential advocates have seen that matters of even 1985 are pending but 2010 are cleared. They choose and pick the matter on whims and fancy and more. So it is high time we all unite and raise our voice so atleast our children get justice. 

 

Besides Lok Adalat, plea bargaining and other mediation ( but all time bound) must be put in place and encouraged. 

Delaying parties must be punished.

Advocates not present must be penalized. Advocates should not be allowed to practice in multi locations as then they are not present often. Bar must remove high fees charged for complaints against advocates. All good advocates must make representation against influential advocates. ......more later......come out on street.......Alok

Each rally with about hundred vehicles.

The protest meet at Azad Maidan with over thousand citizens.

You may do the same on 30eth January on a small scale in your city with a rally of 5-10 vehicles and the protest meet of 50-100 citizens at a ground/hall.

This appeal is being sent to thousands of citizens across the country.

Take help of local NGO to organize.

Arnaub Goswami and others are doing a disservice in asking for result with a view to embarass AAP, though have not been able to be successful even once- one wonder why the best of news editors doingsuch acts !! Is he being influenced! After all Arvind and AAP are in glass cases and every thing (affecting the common man) is clearly visib, the common men have been those helpless lot!!!

It is pathetic to see, day in and day out, the Congress and BJP carping, whining, and hair splitting against the AAP.

Even a child would know that if the water pipe infrastructure is not in place in some localities, it would take some time to lay. This infrastructure should actually have been laid down by the erstwhile Congress and BJP governments of the past several decades. They "spent" tens of thousands of crores, but where did all the infrastructure (read money) go? We all know where it went. [rti4empowerment] Arvind Kejriwal (poem)

 

Friends,

I present my poem on Sri Arvind Kejriwal as regards certain of my views. It is in Hindi and English (along with the weblink- http://amitabhandnutan.blogspot.in/2013/12/arvind-kejriwal-poem.html ). Some of u would like its content for ur own various reasons.

Arvind Kejriwal (Poem)

I have been accused

by many a friends

of wavering off and on

praising and denigrating

changing my stand

on the real phenomenon of today-

the one and only AK,

Indian Kalashnikov

for all those Indians

who see a Nayak,

a true hero,

a saviour, a wonder kid,

and a transformer in him.

I have been condemned

I have been vilified

I have been accused

I have been laughed at

I have been scoffed

and I have been called names

right since the days

I opposed Janlokpal

to the political transformation

of the man

who has taken the Nation

by unimaginable storm.

I don't fear being maligned

I don't fear being accused

being opposed never weakens me

I like being bullied

and hence not the problem.

What really disturbs me

is whether I have been right

or I have been wrong

in evaluating Mr Kejriwal

as an individual

and an agent of agent,

particularly as regards the truthfulness,

and the genuineness.

I don't say I have the capacity

and the required acumen

to judge an historical figure

but the fact remains

that even ordinary people

can judge extraordinary ones.

Again I don't claim for once

any iota of greatness in me

and acknowledge with openness

all my limitations, my follies,

my untruth, my insincerity

to many a things in life

but even these deficiencies

not bar a person

from evaluating others.

Now coming to the core issue

about my allegedly wavering

about my opinion on Mr K,

I make it very clear

never for once I doubted

his enormous potential

his limitless thinking

his huge risk-taking capabilities

his wonderful self-confidence

his extraordinary work potential

his incomparable zeal

and his ways of

making his presence felt.

The only thing that I don't know

even till date

is about the genuineness of Mr K,

the inherent reality

the truth behind the mask

the actual self

and it is on this issue

I, who know him only remotely,

have been getting

very contradictory statements.

While there are his followers

and there are his "disciples"

there are his fans

and there are ones

who pin their hopes

on Mr Arvind Kejriwal

to whom he is

the epitome of virtue

the ultimate man

Gandhi, Nehru, Tagore

Vivekananda, Patel et al

all rolled in one.

There are his opponents

who call him a cheat

who call him a thug

who openly blame him

who openly call him names.

To me both of them

don't exactly count

because they rely on hearsay

and the outside vibes.

The problem with me

is that

a few people

whom I regard

and take their words seriously

as being sensitive

and being sensible

are not convinced by him

while a few others

again equally sensitive

and equally sensible

rate him very high

while I personally

over the period

have seen him

change his stance

quite too often

in public life

and have seen him

making such promises

I find hugely unrealistic

often blatantly false

right from the days

he said Janlokpal

is the cure of all

which for sure

was an utter lie

again his habit

of dividing people

into black and white

painting others blacks

and rating himself

so high and so pure

as if whiter than snow

and these facets

seems to dwindle my faith

because fundamentals count

while at the same time

I want from my heart

that this man

who has churned the skies

actually proves to be true

to all his words.

Hence these wavering stands

for which I don't apologize

because to err is human

and human I am.

अरविन्द केजरीवाल (कविता)

आरोपित किया गया हूँ

कई मित्रों द्वारा

अपने बदलते सुर पर 

कभी तारीफ़, कभी निंदा

अपना मत बदलने के लिए  

आज के समय के अनोखा व्यक्तित्व पर

एक और सिर्फ एक-एके ,

अर्थात भारतीय कलाशनिकोव 

उन सभी भारतियों का 

जो देखते उसमे नायक 

एक वास्तविक हीरो 

एक रखवाला, एक अद्भुत व्यक्ति

और इस देश को बदलने वाला.

मुझे गरियाया गया

मेरी निंदा की गयी

मुझे आरोपित किया गया

मुझ पर हंसा गया

मुझे चुप कराया गया

और बहुत कुछ कहा गया

ठीक उस दिन से

मैंने जब विरोध किया

जनलोकपाल का

और तब से अब जब

हुआ राजनैतिक चोला-बदल

उस व्यक्ति का

जिन्होंने पूरे देश को

चकित कर रखा है.

मैं डरता नहीं गरियाये जाने से

मैं भला-बुरा को बुरा नहीं मानता

विरोध किये जाने से पीछे नहीं हटता

मैं आँखें दिखने पर खुश होता हूँ

इसीलिए यह कोई समस्या नहीं है.

जो बात मुझे बहुत परेशान करती

कि क्या मैं सही रहा हूँ

अथवा गलत हूँ मैं

श्री केजरीवाल के विश्लेषण में

एक व्यक्ति के रूप में

युग-परिवर्तक की कथित भूमिका में

उनकी सत्यता को लेकर

और इस रूप में उनकी ईमानदारी पर.

मैं नहीं कहता मुझमे है क्षमता

और उतनी बुद्धि

आंक सकूँ एक ऐतिहासिक व्यक्ति को

पर यह भी कृपया जानें

कि साधारण व्यक्ति भी

महान व्यक्तियों के जज हो सकते.

पुनः एक बार भी नहीं कहता

मुझमे अंशमात्र भी महानता

खुलेआम स्वीकारता हूँ मैं

अपनी समस्त कमियों, बुराईयों को

अपने झूठ को, अपने फरेब को

कई-कई चीज़ों के प्रति

लेकिन ये कमजोरियां भी

रोक नहीं सकती हैं

दुसरे के आकलन से.

अब मूल प्रश्न पर आते हैं-

मेरे कथित चंचल सोच पर

एके के प्रति मेरी टिप्पणी पर

मैं स्पष्ट करना चाहूँगा

एक बार भी शंका नहीं

उनकी अद्भुत क्षमता पर

उनकी असीम सोच पर

रिस्क लेने की ताकत पर

उनके आत्मविश्वास पर

कार्य के प्रति लगन पर

उनके शानदार उत्साह पर

और स्वयं को

उपस्थित करने की मेधा पर.

अब एक बात नहीं जानता

मैं आज की तारीख तक

वह है श्री के की आतंरिक सत्यता,

अंतरतम की बात

चेहरे के पीछे का सच

वह असल आदमी

और यही वह बिंदु

जिसपर मैं, जो उन्हें दूर से ही जानता

पा रहा हूँ अनवरत

विरोधाभाषी वक्तव्य.

एक तरह उनके समर्थक

और अब उनके "शिष्य"

उनके तमाम चाहने वाले

और वे सभी लोग

उन्निदें हैं जिनकी टिकी

श्री अरविंद केजरीवाल पर

जो उन्हें मानते

शुद्ध हीरा

युगान्तकारी व्यक्तित्व

गाँधी, नेहरु, टैगोर,

विवेकानंद, पटेल आदि

का अद्भुत सम्मिश्रण.

दुसरे तरफ उनके विरोधी

कहते जो उन्हें धूर्त

कहते जो उन्हें ठग

खुलेआम करते आरोपित

और देते हैं गालियाँ.

 मेरे लिए वे दोनों

बहुत मतलब नहीं रखते

वे अपने बंधनों से जकडे

मुक्त चिंतन नहीं कर सकते.

मेरी दिक्कत यह कि

वे कुछ लोग

जिनकी मैं करता इज्जत

और लेता उन्हें गंभीरता से

एक संवेदनशील व्यक्ति

एक संजीदा आदमी के रूप में

बहुत अच्छे नहीं रखते विचार

जबकि दूसरी ओर

उतने ही संवेदनशील

उनते ही संजीदा लोग

मानते उन्हें बहुत अच्छा

जबकि मैंने स्वयं

इस समयावधि में

देखा है उन्हें

बदलते हुए अपनी बातें

कई-कई बार

सार्वजनिक जीवन में

और देखा है

करते हुए ऐसे वाडे

मुझे लगते असत्य

हवा-हवाई, लुभावने

उस समय से

जब उन्होंने कहा

जनलोकपाल है समाधान

सभी बीमारियों का

जो था निश्चित रूप से

एक सफ़ेद झूठ

साथ ही उनकी आदत

लोगों को बांटने की

सफ़ेद और स्याह में

औरों को चोर बताना

और खुद को

इतना स्वच्छ और ऊँचा

मानो बर्फ से भी उज्जवल

और यही वे बातें

कम करतीं मेरे विश्वास को

क्योंकि बुनियादी बातों का मतलब है

जबकि इसके साथ

ह्रदय से चाहता

कि यह व्यक्ति

जिसने आसमान को झंक्झोरा

साबित हो सच्चा

अपने शब्दों के प्रति.

अतः यह ढुलमुल मत

अफ़सोस नहीं मुझे जिसका

क्योंकि गलतियाँ करता मनुष्य

और मनुष्य हूँ मैं.
