Dear All,
PIOs in such cases can merrily abuse the RTI Act provisions to deny the information.
Further, how does Anonymous RTI will work when filing Second Appeal at CIC or for seeking Legal Recourse at HC or SC is also not clear.
In any case, finding out name of person with Post Box No is not a very difficult job.
