MY OPINION
Aarushi case – Decision historic, perfect
Legally I find the CBI Court order in Aarushi case as being historic and great because the way the murder took place, the evidences that came from the beginning and the first CBI Closure report itself said that none other than the Talwars could have committed this murder, this sentence is true justice towards Aarushi and Hemraj.
Legally this does not seem to come in the category of rarest of the rare and life imprisonment seems to be perfectly appropriate.
In addition, there is also a need for justice towards of three poor and helpless Nepalese Krishna, Rajkumar and Vijay Mala arrested and later found completely innocent even by the CBI.
