Alok Tholiya But Shahruk and similar misusers pay huge bribe in lacs to govt officials. And if u know govt officials they demand bribe even for wood for burning dead body, they demand bribe for death certificate, govt hospital doctors demand bribe for fast postmartem , they help mafia and give report of accident when it is a case of murder, they allowed Dawood to reach that infamous height that he controls mumbais builders, bollywood, IPL, NCP, appointment of home minister, home dept officials , commissionres etc.. 4 years back I applied for name change to city survey dept on sad demise of my beloved mother and they want rs 1 lac as bribe for doing so inspite of all valid papers, high court probate etc. I do not pau bribe and then name has not been changed. That is India where devils rule and those destined to suffer in hell live.

Most probably he has been offered the plot 38 crores, whereas the annual lease rent should be about 32 crores each year.

Shivdas Chapsi got a lease for 10047.12 sq, mtrs in Mazagaon for 6.65 rupees in 1873 for 99 years. When the lease expired in 1972 the Government official did no...thing for reasons which we can guess. The lease rent should be over 8 crores per year. Each citizen loses around 2700 rupees per year because of this scam.
